Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing strategies on a regional basis consistent with global strategies.
• Develops and communicates annual business plans, profit plan and long range plan.
• Develops tactics to improve profitability by optimizing customer and product mix-analysis of customer volume/price relationship.
• Provides sales organization with direction and tools for execution of strategies.
• Needs to understand profit pools down the value chain and identify opportunities to grow sales revenue and profitability via adjacency and/or alliance strategies.
• Responsible for successful and timely commercialization of new products and processes.
