Beluga Composites Corporation announced that it has placed an order for a second filament winding machine
Beluga Composites Corporation an international leading manufacturer of underground flammable-liquid storage tanks and the only company in the world which owns the technology which has earned both of the Underwriters Laboratories UL 1316 and ULC-615-S certifications for fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) underground storage tanks for petroleum products, made the following announcement relating to the successful operations of its Philippines plant:
Mr. Dean Panofsky, Chairman of the Board announced that: " we have placed an order for a second filament winding machine since our plant has already reached its full capacity. We have been working around the clock from the time that our plant was officially UL listed. We hope to double our production capacity within the next three months in order to respond to the orders from our clients. We are very pleased with the acceptance of the Beluga technology and products by the engineering professionals representing the petroleum companies. We have found them to be an exceptionally efficient and knowledgeable group and we are looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship to work to better protect the local environment ".
This news is exceedingly important as most major oil companies now prefer to ONLY place orders for Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) with manufacturers that are Certified with Underwriters Laboratories UL1316 and meeting the EPA's mandated guideline compliancy requirements for Underground Storage Tanks.
