Turkey: New "E" glass single end roving called WR 5

Turkey-based Sisecam Chemicals Group's glass fibre product range has launched a new single end roving called WR 5 to the glass fibre reinforced plastics (GRP) market.

WR5 single end roving is made of " E" glass fibres and is designed especially for weaving processes. This product has good unwinding, high process performance, no fuzz, lower tex count and high mechanical properties. Silane based sizing is compatible with polyester, vinylester and epoxy resins. WR 5 is being requested by weavers in multiaxial and woven reinforcement products.It is recommendable for marine, building and industrial applications.
