Dow Automotive names new finance leader
Bob Meikle has been named Finance Leader for Dow Automotive, with responsibility for business finance support leadership to the global organization. Most recently, Meikle was a senior finance manager in Dow’s Strategic Planning and Business Analysis Group. He replaces Jeff Tate, who has been appointed Investor Relations Manager for Dow in Midland, MI.
With more than 25 years’ experience at Dow, Meikle has financial management experience in many different areas of the organization. Previously, he has served as finance manager in the Corporate Controllers Reporting Group, accounting manager for the Canadian region, controller for Dow Elanco Canada Inc., site cost leader and contract analyst. Meikle earned a degree in accounting and finance from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and holds a Certified Management Accounting (CMA) designation from the Society of Management Accountants of Alberta, Canada.
