Dutch Carbon steams ahead

After two years of careful studying and planning, Dutch Carbon Yachts from Rotterdam, The Netherlands are ready to launch their brand 'd-carbon 36' into the world market.
The brand will fill the niche left open by the premium yacht builders. The major producers tend to produce 50 foot ships and bigger, while d-carbon answers to the demand for high-quality and high performance yet comfortable and small yachts.
The Dutch company built two testboats to learn in detail how to make such a quality product in carbon. Their 3rd hull will be launched at the Monaco yacht club for press and selected clientele. Their well known agent for premium yachts will have an 'experience center' in Villefranche sur Mer - not far from Nice airport - serving all Southern European clients. This 'd-carbon 36' will have a 'Meditarenean interior' and modern grey/black hull. This yacht will be equipped for racing the best in the Med. She will show her planing capacities despite her comfortable, top quality interior.
Their concept is about space, lightness and quality of materials used. Tuned Rigs from the Netherlands are responsible for all running rigging including the standard PBO. Ullman Sails will be having their new carbon sails on the yachts with their new but proven top quality laminates.
