RocTool is introduced on the Stock market

RocTool, the technology specialists for molding composite materials, announced on March 21 that they have successfully realized a private placement with qualified investors and an increase of capital of 3,2M€, in order to:
- Launch new technologies,
- Have ongoing investment into R&D and to enlarge the patent portfolio,
- Accelerate the communication of marketing and sales development,
- Reinforce the teams,
- Install Technology Pilots in Europe, USA and Japan.

The first quotation will intervene on the 25th March 2008, and the first RocTool negotiations on the “Marché Libre d’Euronext Paris” will intervene on the 26th March 2008 under the ISIN code: FR0010523167.
