Automated Extrusion Tooling designs, builds, and develops profile extrusion tooling for the plastics industry in North America and abroad. In addition to offering tooling solutions we do research and development and product development as it relates to extruded products. We have formal and informal partnerships with extruder manufacturers, downstream and auxiliary equipment manufacturers that along with our tooling, allows us to provide turnkey solutions to our customers. We provide our tooling and services to companies large and small including original equipment manufacturers extruding their own products to custom profile extrusion firms.

We have experience in a number of polymers including RPVC, FPVC, HDPE, LLDPE, HMWPE, PP, PC, PS, ABS, HIPS, ASA, and a number of others. We have experience with cellular RPVC, CPVC, HDPE, and PS. We have extensive experience in composite materials utilizing variations of bio-fibers and PVC, PE, PP and cellular versions of these, as well as the capping of RPVC/composite base material with RPVC and ASA.
