American Matrix Corp is a specialist in thermoplastic composite processing. We offer unique molding equipment and fabrication systems to process thermoplastic composites efficiently and effectively and licensing for our technologies.

We have years of experience in designing tooling and processes for high temperature PEEK and PPS resins with continuous carbon and glass fiber reinforcements as well as lower temperature nylon and polypropylene. We can guide you through the concept phase, do prototype fabrication, pilot scale production, and full scale production. At any time along this sequence we can transfer the technology and equipment to your facility or continue to make parts for you. It is your choice. American Matrix Corp processes all thermoplastic composite materials. Resins: PEEK, PPS, PEI, PA6, PA12, PP Fibers: Carbon, Fiberglass, Kevlar, Ceramic Molded Plates.

We manufacture flat plates with the above mentioned materials. Typically used for rectilinear parts and proof of concept parts. Near net shape molding. We have a system for low cost near net shape molding. Most parts can be produced with this method. The near net shape part requires less final machining
