• Drills- straight flute, spiral flute, burnishing-square style, S-style high performance, through coolant, drill-reamers, step drills, 8 facet, 12 facet and specials to print.
• Reamers- spiral, straight, step, through coolant, piloted and specials to print.
• Routers- straight, spiral, cross-cut and specials to print.
• Milling cutters and saws- plain, side, single angle, double angle, convex, concave, corner rounding, radius, form, Woodruff key seat, slotting saws, metal slitting saws and specials to print.
• Counterbores/Countersinks- combined drill and countersink, spot face, piloted and specials to print.
• Single point tool bits- form, cut-off and specials to print. AMAMCO uses only traceable submicron-grain carbide specifically for machining today's high tech materials, including composites and high temperature alloy materials. We also have several types of coating available, depending on the customer’s need and tool application. AMAMCO provides a regrind and reconditioning service bringing your tooling back to the new manufactured tolerances. AMAMCO is eager to quote and supply your special tools as well as standard tools from our inventory line. Our standard delivery on specials is 4 weeks. If requested, Amamco is able to offer expedited deliveries as well as offer blanket orders customized to suit your individual needs.
