J R TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (JRTL) provide equipment & expertise for the manufacture of reinforced plastics / composite & adhesive metal bonded components, encompassing repair systems & non-destructive testing (NDE). Currently the aerospace, marine, automotive & civil engineers use JRTL repair & vacuum processing products. Numerous items are approved by the airframe & aero-engine manufacturers, airlines & their sub-contractors as well as being NATO coded. Products & Services include:- a full range of workshop tools & processing plant, various models of portable hot bonding control consoles including: the HBC-43: a PC operated, 6 independent zone unit; temperature measurement, flexible heater mats & heating systems, quality control & NDE / damage mapping equipment including: vacuum leak detectors, the Woodpecker & MatEval Auto Tapping Structural Test Systems, Moisture Monitors; & all the accessories & consumables required to support these. Training courses can be tailored to suite requirements.
