Riba Composites became Bucci Composites
Riba Composites, Italian based company specialised in the design and manufacturing of structural parts and components in advanced composite materials for the automotive, aerospace, marine and industrial sectors, informs that the company has changed its name.
Effective February the 1st 2020, the company has changed its name from Riba Composites S.r.l. in “Bucci Composites S.p.A.” and, at the same time, increased the share capital from Euro 99,000 i. v. at Euro 1,500,000 i. v.
This step represent the full integration, assuming also the brand of the Industrial group Bucci Industries to which its belongs since 20 years.
The company is a well-established composite parts supplier based in Italy and operating since 1988, it has a vertically integrated manufacturing process from component design to medium high volume production capability.
Accredited to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008, UNI EN 9100:2009, ISO 14001:2004 and IATF 16949 Bucci Composites (ex- Riba Composites ) belongs to the industrial group Bucci Industries located in Faenza – Italy. The productions and administrative headquarter are located in two sites in Italy, while the Bucci Industries Group has four production sites: Italy, China, Taiwan and United States. More sales offices/branches are located in France, Germany, Brazil and Japan.
Riba Composites takes pride in being a very active company also in terms of R&D, mainly in the following areas:
- CFRP Wheel: Riba is developing a technology for a full carbon composite wheel that is lighter than an aluminium-forged wheel and that can be produced with automated technology according to OEM specifications.
- New manufacturing technologies for advanced composite materials
