SCIGRIP achieves ISO 9001:2015 certification

SCIGRIP began the auditing process from a strong position having already secured the ISO 9001:2008 standard in 2011.  The transition to the 2015 version took 10 months to implement and gained full support from all SCIGRIP employees including the Senior Leadership and Quality Management Teams.

Tim Johnson, SCIGRIP’s European Sales and Marketing Manager, attributes the company’s wide scale engagement as an essential factor in securing the accreditation.

The auditors also made note to the introduction of SCIGRIP’s on-line customer satisfaction survey and the focus on customers’ feedback with a 98% positive response rate.

SCIGRIP will continue to work with new and existing customers offering a full range of technical and customer support including product development, on-site training and regulatory compliance.
