Wethje Carbon Composites to supply parts for Marenco Swisshelicopter
The helicopter SKYe SH09 manufactured by Marenco Swisshelicopter AG shall be supplied with trim parts and structural parts by Wethje Carbon Composites GmbH.
The lightweight specialist and constructor is responsible for the various areas of construction, process technology and manufacturing of molds including the CFK tooling with the necessary stipulated aviation documentation. Wethje Carbon Composites GmbH has also taken over the Q-engineering process together with the component measurements along with the necessary data management.
Due to the higher demands of quality carbon and lightweight parts, Wethje Carbon Composites GmbH can announce the required increase of qualified manpower. At present Wethje Carbon Composites GmbH is manufacturing the first prototypes ready for delivery in 2016 and the serial project for 2017 starts soon with an increase of large amounts into the future.
