NEED A VISA?

If you need an official invitation letter in order to get a visa or authorization to come and visit the JEC Europe 2012 in Paris, please:

   1. Download the sample letter (DOC file)

   2. Complete the blank field and text in red,

   3. Send it back by email to:jec@badgeonline.net

An official letter will be posted to you (regular mail only) after we receive all these information. If you need a copy to be emailed to you, please provide the correct email address.
After February 28th 2012, you will only receive the letter by email.

You are in charge of transmitting this letter as well as other required documents to your home embassy.
