Foreigners holding travel documents issued by the following countries will require a visa to enter Singapore:

  • Afghanistan
  • Algeria
  • Bangladesh (Except Diplomatic/Official passport holders)
  • Commonwealth of Independent States* (Except Diplomatic/Official/Service passport holders for a stay of up to 30 days)
    • Armenia
    • Azerbaijan
    • Belarus
    • Kazakhstan
    • Kyrgyzstan
    • Moldova
    • Russia
    • Tajikistan
    • Turkmenistan
    • Ukraine (Except Diplomatic/Official and Service passport holders for a stay of up to 90 days)
    • Uzbekistan
  • Egypt
  • Georgia* (Except Diplomatic/Official and Service passport holders for a stay of up to 30 days)
  • India (Except Diplomatic/Official passport holders)
  • Iran
  • Iraq
  • Jordan (Except Diplomatic/Official passport holders)
  • Lebanon

  • Morocco
  • Myanmar (Except Diplomatic/Official passport holders)

Visitors holding these travel documents also require a visa to enter Singapore:

  • Hong Kong Document of Identity
  • Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Travel Permit
  • Palestinian Authority Passport
  • Refugee Travel Document issued by the Middle-East countries
  • Temporary Passport issued by United Arab Emirates

* Nationals of the Commonwealth of Independent States and Georgia may be granted entry into Singapore without visas if they are on transit to or from a third country. However, they are required to fulfill the following conditions:

  • They are in transit to or from a third country
    • A valid passport
    • A confirmed onward air-ticket
    • Entry facilities (including visa) to the third country
    • Sufficient funds for the period of stay in Singapore
  • They hold:
  • They continue their journey to the third country within the 96-hour visa free period granted
  • They satisfy Singapore's entry requirements, as determined by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority officers at the Singapore Checkpoints.

For application in Singapore
Submit your visa application online via Submission of Application for Visa Electronically (SAVE) through a local contact with a SingPass account.

For Application at our Overseas Mission
Submit your visa application at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission. The full list of Overseas Missions can be found at http://dipcon.mfa.gov.sg. Please visit the respective Mission's website for the visa application procedure.

 

INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA

If you need an official invitation letter in order to get a visa or authorization to come and visit the JEC Asia 2011 in Singapore, please:

 

   1. Download the application form (XLS file)

   2. Fill the form

   3. Send it back by email to: lenzoni@jeccomposites.com

 

An official letter will be posted to you (regular mail only) after we receive all these information. If you need a copy to be emailed to you, please provide the correct email address.

 

After September 30th 2011, you will only receive the letter by email.

You are in charge of transmitting this letter as well as other required documents to your home embassy.

 

All invitation letters application must be done before October 7th, 2011.
