Wind energy represents a significant share of global composite volume. This share will continue to grow, although new solutions need to be found to reduce total cost, due to the harsh competition among wind turbine manufacturers. Some of these solutions will be presented during this conference. Wind energy is not the only means to fight global warming, however. Composites can also do wonders in other fields like natural gas, hydrogen or tidal energy.
