Next April, the 11th JEC Innovation Programme will reward the best composite innovations in several sectors like Aeronautics & Space, Construction, Ground Transport, Energy & Industry, Sports & Leisure, Process, Technical Textiles and maybe more... Since it was started in 1998, the programme has won over the composite industry, thanks to its high repute and the tremendous impact it has on the prominence of the winning and finalist companies. It has rewarded more than 78 innovative companies from all over the world, along with their 300 partners. The programme attracts each year a large number of candidate companies and JEC Group has even been co-organising one in China for the past three years. More are projected for India and other emerging countries in the near future.

The objective of the Innovation Programme is to spot, promote, and reward the best composite solutions in terms of technical excellence, chain of partners, market potential, value added for end-users, and originality. The selected composite solutions will receive wide coverage in the trade press (more than 100 articles every year) and in all JEC Group media (JEC Composites Magazine, JEC e-letters) which will allow finalists to reach a network of 100,000 professionals and more than 500 trade magazines.

Past award-winners are unanimous about the programme’s benefits. It has been a bona fide seal of approval that has brought them international recognition and provided them regular opportunities to communicate about and capitalise on their achievements. The competition also serves to motivate the teams developing composite solutions and is an excellent opportunity to establish new professional contacts.
