If you need an official invitation letter in order to get a visa or authorization to come and visit the JEC Composites Show 2009 in Paris, please:

1. Download the letter sample,
2. Complete the blank field and text in red,
3. Send it back by email to: visitors@jeccomposites.com.

An official letter will be posted to you (regular mail only) after we receive all these information. If you need a copy to be emailed to you, please provide the correct email address.
You are in charge of transmitting this letter as well as other required documents to your home embassy.
All invitation letters application must be done before March 2nd, 2009.
