ACCESS

FREE SHUTTLE BUS

JEC Composites offers a free shuttle bus service between the Show
(Paris, Porte de Versailles) and Charles de Gaulle Airport or
Gare du Nord train station.

CDG Airport - JEC SHOW:
From 8.00 am to 11.00 am, every 30 minutes (every day)

JEC SHOW - CDG Airport:
From 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm, every 30 minutes (on April 13 and 14)
From 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm, every 30 minutes (on April 15)

NB: The trip between the show and the airport lasts around one hour and half.

Where does the shuttle bus stop?
Terminal 1, departure level gate 10 and 12
Terminal 2, gates A8, D8, F Gallery 6 (arrival level)

Gare du Nord Train Station - JEC SHOW :
From 8.30 am to 9.30 am, every 30 minutes (every day)

JEC SHOW - Gare du Nord Train Station
From 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm, every 30 minutes (every day)

NB: The trip between the show and the train station lasts around 45 minutes.

By bus: lines 39 – 80 (Info: www.ratp.fr)
By metro: line 12 (towards Mairie d’Issy) – Get off at Porte de Versailles (Info: www.ratp.fr)
By tram: line T3 – Get off at Porte de Versailles (Info: www.ratp.fr)

BADGES TARIFFS

The visitor badge is valid for the 3 days of the show.
From December 15^th 2010 to January 31st 2011 = FREE OF CHARGE
From February 1st 2011 to March 28^th 2011 = 15 Euros
From March 29^th to March 31^th 2010 (on site registration) = 30 Euros

VISA

If you need an official invitation letter in order to get a visa or authorization to come and visit the JEC Composites Show 2011 in Paris, please:

1. Download the letter sample,
2. Complete the blank field and text in red,
3. Send it back by email to: jec@jeccomposites.com.

An official letter will be posted to you (regular mail only) after we receive all these information. If you need a copy to be emailed to you, please provide the correct email address. After February 28th 2011, you will only receive the letter by email.
You are in charge of transmitting this letter as well as other required documents to your home embassy.
All invitation letters application must be done before March 4th, 2011.
