Launched in 2007, the MCM ITP develops novel, exploitable technologies for generation-after-next missile systems through more than 200 cutting edge research projects. In excess of 150 organisations from across the UK and France are involved.

With up to 13M€ annually available for research projects, the MCM ITP aims to consolidate the Anglo-French Guided Weapons capability.

The strategy of MCM ITP is to strengthen the technological base, allow for better understanding of common future needs and challenges for generation-after-next missile systems.

To achieve this, the group seek to partner SME and Academic Institutions from the UK and France with global defence industry players.
