3A Composites Core Materials, a division of Schweiter Technologies, announces a price increase of 6% for its complete range of Baltek Structural Balsa Core Materials sold in EMEA due to weak Euro versus US Dollar and competitive situation in Ecuador.

This price increase will take effect for all new orders as per April 15th, 2015 where contracts allow. “This price increase is driven by the degradation and volatility of Euro versus US dollar, leaving us no choice but to raise the prices of our products”, explains Eric Gauthier, EMEA Sales Head.
