The Netherlands-based Airborne International is pleased to announce the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Aviation Enterprises Limited based in the United Kingdom.
Through this acquisition Airborne strengthens its international position in the composites market for Marine structures. AEL has a strong network in the UK, as well as extensive technical expertise and a solid Intellectual Property portfolio in the field of Marine Composites.Arno van Mourik, Founder and CEO of Airborne International, comments on the acquisition: “Airborne has been successfully working together with Aviation Enterprises Limited on several projects in the marine market over the last two years.
