This acquisition is a superb fit for Element and we are very much looking forward to bringing Sherry’s numerous engineers, scientists and technicians on board to join forces with our own engaged experts.”“Sherry’s Nadcap accredited facilities have also been approved by aerospace primes including Boeing, Rolls-Royce, Honeywell, Bombardier and GE Aviation, which further adds to Element’s own prime approvals held across a wide range of laboratories.” “In addition, the company serves a large number of oil & gas customers through its materials testing, petrochemical and environmental, services. The addition of these clients to our existing portfolio significantly strengthens Element’s position within the US oil & gas testing industry.”Commenting on the transaction, Chris LaMothe, CEO of Sherry Laboratories, said “We are delighted that we have been able to join forces with Element.
