JEC Group have brought together the international community of composites leaders and executives in our Composites Circle as an unique networking opportunity to meet with both peers and future partners.
Professor and Architect Mark Goulthorpe, of the MIT Department of Architecture, confirmed as guest keynote speaker for the Future of Composites in Construction.
The supplier of recycled carbon fibre products, has achieved AS/EN9100 quality management system certification from Bureau Veritas for the ‘Recovery of carbon fibre from manufacturing waste and end of life products’ and the ‘Manufacture of recycled carbon fibre materials and products’.
The AS/EN9100 series is designed to meet the rigorous and stringent demands of the aviation and aerospace industry. It aims to provide a harmonised global standard for all manufacturers and offer customers greater reassurance in terms of product performance and reliability.
ELG Carbon Fibre chose this quality standard to ensure it was able to meet the requirements of the aerospace industry, one of the largest users of carbon fibre and therefore one of the industries where recycling is most important.
ELG Carbon Fibre has developed a unique series of products that offer significant cost benefits without comprising the mechanical properties that make carbon fibre attractive for applications where light weight is important. In excess of 600 tonnes of recycled carbon fibre products were delivered to the market during 2015.
ELG Carbon Fibre will be exhibiting at JEC World in Paris from the 8th - 10th March. Please visit the team in Hall 5A, Stand L34 to learn more about their products and capabilities.
