Horn announced that Wade B. Wolcott has been named the latest account manager to join the Horn Composites and Fabrication Materials (CFM) business unit.

Wolcott brings to Horn more than 30 years of industry experience and was hired to help continue the rapid growth of the company’s territory in the Northwest.

“The market response to Horn CFM’s differentiated distribution business model has been phenomenal thanks to the seasoned technical sales team we’ve built which now includes Wade Wolcott,” said Parry Foskett, vice president, Horn CFM. “His business acumen combined with his composites pedigree is impressive, but Wade is also an overall stand-up guy and will do a fantastic job representing Horn as we broaden our industry reach in the Northwest.”

Wolcott’s background in composites is diverse, which covers marine, aircraft, corrosion and custom manufacturing such as open molding, filament winding, vacuum infusion and RTM processing. He was once the sole owner of Dynamic Fabricators where he was responsible for transforming the company’s financial performance into a top-performing, profitable business. During his ownership of the company, he expanded its territory into Houston, thereby increasing its customer base by 30 percent in just one year. Additionally, Wolcott also holds a few inventions under his belt including a filament winding machine, a wood fabrication machine and a proprietary marine dock product line. He is also a member of the American Composite Manufacturers Association.

“It’s an exciting time to join Horn CFM as it seeks to expand its market share and further bolster its growing product line,” said Wolcott. “There are endless opportunities for Horn in the composites market and it is refreshing to be onboard with a company that already shares my business philosophies and principles of trust and transparency.”
