Interplastic Corporation’s Thermoset Resins Division has published a new case history, “Interplastic’s CoREZYN® Vinyl Ester Resins Handle the Range of Corrosion Applications in Chlor-Alkali.”
The case history discusses how Interplastic’s epoxy-based vinyl ester resins provide NCP Chlorchem Pty (Ltd.) with a solution to their corrosion needs.
As a manufacturer of chlor alkali related products, NCP Chlorchem’s equipment and piping is exposed to a variety of corrosive materials. They needed a viable solution and reliable partner to help manage the issue, and turned to Interplastic and their CoREZYN vinyl ester resins. Interplastic’s CoREZYN vinyl ester resins are appropriate for any corrosive application in the chlor-alkali process, and are the ideal solution to guard against the hot corrosive materials NCP Chlorchem deals with on a daily basis.
CoREZYN vinyl ester resins are well suited for any application in the Chlor-alkali process and include the fabrication of tanks, pressure vessels, scrubbers, filters, piping, ducting and exhaust stacks, as well as re-lining of corroded steel and rubber-lined vessels.
