Starting with shipments delivered on or after July 1, 2013, all Jushi reinforcements will increase by 5%.

As global economies recover and composites continue to find new applications that are being substituted for other materials, demand for fiberglass reinforcements are expected to grow at a pace faster than many other industries.

Over the last few years, energy, labor, raw material and freight costs have increased significantly to the point that it is necessary for us to implement for an increase in the reinforcements we provide to the composites industry.

Starting with shipments delivered on or after July 1, 2013, all Jushi reinforcements will increase by 5%. While this increase may not fully offset all of the energy, labor, raw material and freight increases which have occurred, it will be necessary in order for Jushi to continue to provide our customers with an adequate supply of materials and allow us to continue to develop new products and processes which will benefit the composites market as a whole.

Jushi has committed significant resources to assure the future global supply of materials. This includes a new plant in Egypt which will be operational by the 4th quarter this year. Jushi is also evaluating the possibility of building a plant in the United States, which is one of the largest and fastest growing composites markets in the world.
