Lianyungang Zhongfu wind turbine blades R&D and industrialization awarded

Recently, Lianyungang Zhongfu applied "1.5MW to 3.0MW wind turbine composite materials blade R & D and industrialization" achievement won the Science and Technology Progress Award second prize. The achievement technology reached the international advanced, and domestic leading level, solved China high grade wind turbine supply bottlenecks, which is significant in reducing wind turbine cost.

The company mainly finished products aerodynamic and structural optimization design; researched and developed blade mold and other special equipments; research and development and perfection of the bet type vacuum infusion technology and other new technologies, developed blade load calculation and supporting generator check; designed, manufactured blade male-mold and mold, R & D on blade full-scale structural testing to verify the design and to inspect products in order to avoid products technical risks; developed 12 patents, of which 4 invention patents, such as "one kind of mould with closing mechanism", "a megawatt wind turbine blade root manufacturing method" with independent intellectual property rights, developed 7 models of 1.5MW-3.0MW blades.
