Nordam names vice president of sales and marketing, Asia Pacific

Since joining the company in 2000 as a project engineer at Nordam’s Singapore facility, Pearson has held positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, program management, technical services, customer support, asset management and sales.

Nordam President Meredith Siegfried announced on the 14th of April 2011 Steve Pearson has been named vice president of sales and marketing, Asia Pacific.


Most recently, he served as managing director, sales and support services, Asia Pacific.

“During all of Steve’s ten years with us, he has consistently proven his value in every position he’s held,” Siegfried said.


“He possesses the excellent combination of technical expertise, sales and customer support, and Nordam is proud to have him as the face to our customers in Asia.”


Pearson holds a master of business administration degree from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Okla., and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Tulsa.


Headquartered in Tulsa, and employing more than 2,000 people across nine facilities on three continents, Nordam is one of the world’s largest independently owned aerospace companies.

The firm designs, certifies and manufactures integrated propulsion systems, nacelles and thrust reversers for business jets;  builds composite aircraft structures, interior shells, custom cabinetry and radomes; and manufactures aircraft transparencies, such as cabin windows, wing-tip lenses and simulator screens.


Nordam also is a major third-party provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services to the military, commercial airline and air freight markets.
