A programme to promote European flax fibre

The European Confederation of Flax and Hemp and the European Union launch UltraLin, a promotional programme for premium quality European flax fibre.

What do a shirt, a guitar, bedsheets, a bicycle helmet and a chair all have in common? The flax from which they are made! A textile fibre ready to be (re)discovered thanks to the Ultra Lin promotional plan. European flax takes its place in our daily lives, renewing the ways in which it's used, and continuing its forward march through constant innovation, with new composite applications.

3 years, 3 countries, 3 languages
Ultra Lin is the promotional programme for premium quality European flax fibre: multiple experiences to sample and share, from the plant to the final products, with a wide range of events stretching from stores to social networks.

This three-year plan of action is jointly co-financed by the Flax&Linen Industry (European Confederation of Flax and Hemp) and the European Union.

  • Ultra Lin, being rolled out in France, 2015-2016
  • Solo Lino, being rolled out in Italy, 2016-2017
  • So Linen, being rolled out in United Kingdom, 2017-2018

All documents are conceived in each country language

Punctuated by highlights from the programme, gathers together news from the Ultra Lin Academy, the educational instruction provided to design and marketing schools; it presents Ultra Lin Shopping, a commercial event destined for late-May/early-June 2016 that explores flax through its broad product offering; and extends its reach with Ultra Lin Expo, a public-focused endeavour in the heart of the city.
