A 1.5 MW bamboo fiber wind blade finally successfully developed in Dezhou Shijiweineng wind power equipment Co. This is a success of more than two years of arduous struggle. And it has complete independent intellectual property rights.

The bamboo fiber blade will soon be shipped to the wind farm for actual installation and power generation.

This blade turns China's unique bamboo resources into wind blade. This blade avoids the energy consumption, secondary pollution caused by the traditional composite fiber production process. It also is recyclable and low cost. It will play a positive role to promote the bamboo fiber deep development.

During the development of bamboo fiber wind turbine blade, Chinese government provided strong policy and monetary support. GE, Siemens, Toyota and other domestic and foreign counterparts have also expressed a strong desire for the all-round cooperation. After years comprehensive testing by China’s authorities, the over all performance of bamboo composites fiber can be a replacement to the traditional composite fiber materials.
