Shougang 200 tons carbon fiber started production in Anhui

Shougang Group Anhui Shou Wen Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd annual output 200 tons carbon fiber project officially put into operation.

Through international cooperation, Anhui Shou Wen transformed and built, in Bengbu, the China most advanced, with most one-lane capacity carbonization line, with an annual output of 200 tons of carbon fiber.

Anhui Shou Wen has always been committed to the carbon fiber industry. The company registered in 2009 September in Bengbu High-tech Development Zone, Anhui Province, started construction in August 2010, mainly engaged in carbon fiber production and sales, after put into production, it will provide high quality, environment friendly carbon fiber products for wind power, yacht, automobile and other industries. After the initial thermal test, the entire carbon fiber production line performance are much better than the similar domestic carbide production lines, line nominal capacity reached 200 tons / year, is currently China’s actual maximum capacity; preliminary test products show excellent performance, successfully filled China's high-end carbon fiber field blank; which is another breakthrough made in the process of Shougang transformation development in the field of new materials.

The annual output 200 tons carbon fiber project, after preliminary testing, the entire line performance are better than similar domestic carbide lines, one-lane capacity is up to 200 tons/year, product initial test performance is very good. Production line has used a number of leading international advanced technologies, to ensure that the project is environmental friendly, energy-saving, green and, high efficient.
