The North American distributor of specialty ingredients, chemicals and raw materials, announced the addition of Ron Adams and Robby White to its Composites and Fabrication Materials (CFM) sales team.

Adams and White each bring to Horn more than 20 years of composite industry experience in manufacturing and sales to support the rapid growth of the CFM business in the Southwest.

Adams joined the company from Ashland Performance Materials as a composite and pultrusion technical service expert, working closely with customers to support product development and raw material replacement for cost reduction projects and production efficiency enhancement. Adams also once worked for PCCR USA, a supplier of polymer resins. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Tarleton State University with a minor in business management, and is a Certified Composite Technician (CCT).

Prior to joining Horn, White was an area manager of a composites distributor working closely with manufacturers and suppliers to demonstrate new technologies and innovative solutions for his then composite and cast polymer customer base. He has a proven ability to push record sales and has past experience at Composites One, Fiberez and Rez-Tex Composites. White is also a CCT and an alumnus of The University of Texas at Arlington.

Representing Horn CFM in the Southwest, Adams will service South Texas and South Louisiana while White’s territory will include Texas and Oklahoma.
