Two new appointments in Aerolia

The aeronautical boom attract a large number of profiles and candidates during recruitment campaigns.

By the end of 2013 and in less than five years, these campaigns will have enabled the Aerolia Group to recruit some 1,000 people in France, 650 in Tunisia and already around 50% of the personnel required in 2014 for Aerolia Canada's future Mirabel site.
Among these new recruits, the recent appointment of two new managers within the Group, a major global player in aerostructures, is permanently open to the world and to different industrial cultures.

A Canadian at the helm of Aerolia Canada
A recognized unifying and motivational leader in Quebec, Marc Bourret is a 57 year old French Canadian with 40 years experience in civil and military aviation.

A man of passion, commitment and respect for the customer and, in the field, for his Aerolia teams, Marc Bourret brings his extensive experience with major groups such as Bombardier Aerospace and Bell Helicopter Textron Canada Bell and the culture of his region of Quebec to the Aerolia Group's Canadian subsidiary.

A new site director in Aerolia Saint-Nazaire
Director of PSA's Aulnay-sous-bois body-in-white plant for the last three years, François Paynot has 15 years experience in production units for models in the Peugeot and Citroën range both in France and abroad, mostly in industrial positions. He also spent three years as Director of Employee Relations in the PSA Group's Human Resources Division.
