JEC Europe 2014 - DJK Europe exhibits a phased-array ultrasonic flaw detector that can display images of the inside or surface flaws (as small as 170nm) of a CFRP material by utilizing the various directions or focus points of the ultrasonic beam.

The size of these ultrasonic inspection machines ranges from portable manual models to automatic inspection machines for larger composite parts.

The company also displays an ultrasonic cutter featuring an oscillator with a maximum power output of 500 W and a transducer with a frequency of 20-40 kHz that allows powerful and low-resistance  cutting of difficult-to-cut and extra-tough materials such as carbon fibre, resin, rubber, or leather in the aerospace, automotive and other industries, without noise or air pollution. The cutting blade, which is especially made for the ultrasonic cutter, ensures high-quality cutting.
