Umeco Composites Process Materials’ operation in the USA – Richmond Aircraft Products, Inc. – announced on the 3rd of October 2011 that following an audit, the company has been recommended for certification to AS9100 Rev. C.
This standard is the quality management system (QMS) for the aviation, space, and defence industries developed by the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG). The overall objective of AS9100C is aimed at improving product quality and on-time delivery.
A partial list of major changes for AS9100 Rev.
