Through the use of tire designed on aerodynamics, it reduces the whole car air resistance, and also adopts the carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), so as realizes the lightweight and reduces the battery consumption.Yokohama Rubber has applied its unique aerodynamic technique on its tires. Mounted on the vehicle, the dent is arranged in the outside side of the tire and the fin bulge is arranged at the inner side of the tire.While reducing the air resistance with the use of dent, the fin bulge improved the tyre mounting space -- the tire air flow in the Tire House, air compression to the front improves the running performance.The body adopts carbon fiber reinforced plastic material called prepreg that has passed aircraft manufacturer certifications. Prepreg is refers to the resin penetration into sheet materials in the reinforcement fiber. They have improved AERO-Y to ensure the strength and durability, and at the same time, also realizes the light weight.Through forming and hardening make carbon fiber reinforced plastics body parts.Yokohama Rubber is also good in using its latest adhesive technology, to realize the bonding for a variety of composite materials used for lightweight.The company said, pure electric vehicle is different than the engine car.
