95% of Eco-Technilin's business involves supplying composite products based on natural fibres (flax or glass fibres) for the automotive industry.

These fibres are used in the manufacturing of many interior parts: rear parcel shelves, door panels, roofs, dashboards, wheel arches, etc. In most cases, the natural fibres are combined with thermoplastic fibres. Our customers process our material by means of thermocompression.

The process consists in heating sheets of felt until the thermoplastic fibres fuse together, then cold pressing these sheets, the plastic is thus moulded into shape and hardens upon cooling at the core of a bonded flax (or glass) fibre network. This makes it possible to obtain rigid and complex forms at low cost. The remaining 5% of business is divided into the manufacturing of acoustic underlayment for floorcoverings, felt matting and composite products.
