Account Manager – Central Europe

Airtech is looking for an Account Manager for Central Europe.

Established in Luxembourg in 1991, “Airtech Europe Sarl” is a division of “Airtech Advanced Materials Group”, the largest global manufacturer of vacuum bagging and composite tooling materials for prepreg/ autoclave, resin infusion, and wet lay-up processes up to 426°C. Their product line consists of: vacuum bagging films, release films, pressure sensitive tapes, release liquids, peel plies, breathers & bleeders, sealant tapes, vacuum bag connectors & hoses, rubber, pressure pads, cutting tools, vacuum leak detectors, shrink tape, PTFE coated fibreglass, tooling prepregs and resins, and carbon and glass reinforcements. Business focus areas include aerospace, wind energy, marine, automotive, printed circuit board, solar energy and general FRP composites. In order to sustain its growth Airtech is looking for an: “Account Manager – Central Europe”

Main duties:

  • To perform sales and technical duties in line with marketing directives and assignments in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic,…
  • To fully support Airtech customers in their projects, developments and business priorities. Be a solution provider
  • To maximize sales and marketing opportunities in the dedicated territories designated. To promote Airtech new products and solutions
  • To give technical presentations / demonstrations / assistance to customers and distributors
  • To work very closely with the commercial office located in Luxembourg to ensure the full satisfaction of customers on service, quality and support
  • To fully cooperate with Airtech global sales force under the supervision of the SVP Sales & Business development

Background and competencies:

  • Engineering background with previous commercial experience
  • 3-5 years experience in the Composite Industry
  • German : mother tongue,  English : Fluent, any additional language would be an asset
  • Home office from Central Europe, ready to travel intensely (company car provided)  
  • Strengths: customer & solutions oriented, open, autonomous, interpersonal skills, available
