Innovation Program Manager

Publisher of the JEC Composites Magazine - the industry’s reference magazine, JEC Group drives global innovation programs and organizes several events in the world, including JEC World (the foremost and world-leading international exhibition dedicated to composite materials and their applications), which takes place every spring in Paris.



You will help to set up and ensure the success of the Product Innovation Showcases at our different trade shows that focus on promoting composite parts, as well as the success of our Pavilions. You will take charge of these programs under the direct responsibility of the Program Department. You will be expected to lead event-related and online activities to promote technological innovations during our events, trade shows, forums, pavilions and online platforms (product galleries, newsletter, web tv, social networks, etc.), in contact with the staff.

More specifically you will:

  • Organize and lead an information watch on product innovation along the composite-material supply chain and on the 14 composite application sectors that are listed at JEC Group,
  • Take care of setting up the computer platform for part sourcing and, post-event, a Web platform to present the catalogue of parts,
  • Work directly with an in-house committee of composite experts to seek out innovations and parts in predefined categories,
  • Work with our trade-show exhibitors and partners to collect the parts in accordance with an established schedule,
  • Prepare the keywords needed to promote the programs, and have them validated in-house; you will take care of acquiring the publication rights for the parts,
  • Work with the Marketing/Communication Department to coordinate the promotional aspects for these programs,
  • Work with the Operations Department to manage the organizational logistics for the Showcases and Pavilions.




With a higher education from a business college or an engineering school, you are either a young graduate or have proved yourself as a head of project. You have a strong interest in the technology and industrial sectors. A good knowledge of the composite sector would be a plus. You demonstrate good interpersonal and writing skills, and exceptional team spirit. With a strong taste for the events industry and strict deadline management, you have a grasp of the associated project management methods. You have a perfect command of English (the working language), and German would be a plus.
