To develop the sales of Its Show held in Paris: JEC World. JEC Group is looking for its new: International Sales Manager

JEC Group is the largest composites organization in the world. It represents, promotes and helps develop composite markets by providing global and local networking and information services. Through Knowledge & Networking, JEC Group offers a comprehensive range of services: the JEC Publications - including strategic studies, technical books and the JEC Composites Magazine, a weekly International e-Letter, a French e-Letter and the Web Hub JEC Group also organizes the JEC World Show in Paris, the JEC Asia Show in Seoul, the JEC Composites Conferences and End-Users Forums in the US and in Asia. To develop the sales of Its Show held in Paris: JEC World. JEC Group is looking for its new: International Sales Manager


Key Responbilities:


Under the supervision of the Sales director, the International Sales Manager will be driving the JEC World sales on a geographically defined portfolio

  • Define & implement a yearly sales action plan to reach the targets (including KPI analysis, new business & retention strategy, travels budget…)
  • Maintain and develop existing customers sales levels, through in depth needs analysis and proposal of multi products offers
  • Acquire new customers, through direct approach: face to face meetings & conference calls.
  • Challenge and improve actual Product portfolio, by adapting it to customer’s needs
  • Collaborate with media sales team to determine joint approach and offers for new business and existing customers
  • Define and execute Reporting to Sales Directors and General Management


Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • At Least 3 years of experience in B2B Services Sales (Exhibitions, Booth building, consulting, advertising, software…) . With a proven track records of successes in both retention & new business. Candidates with a composites material background are also welcome.
  • Bilingual French/English is compulsory, a third language would be appreciated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capacity to develop and leverage relationships to generate business
  • Capacity to establish an individual sales action plan
  • Result oriented personality with a capacity for challenges and adaptation to new situations & new typology of customers
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize
  • A good understanding of final markets (Automotive, Aerospace, Wind Energy…) would be a plus.
  • CRM knowledge (Ideally SFDC) will be appreciated
