3A Composites Holding AG signed investment agreement for PET project
In order to meet the increasing market demand in China, 3A Composites Holding AG signed an agreement on setting up a production base for high-performance PET structural foam materials located in Changzhou National High-Tech District (Jiangsu province).
It is reported that the company will bring the latest developed PET production facility to China. The project is also recognized as the first Swiss investment program since the launch of Sino-Swiss (Changzhou) Industrial Park in September 2018. The project is expected to cover the increasing market demand in China and Asia Pacific region after its full production.
District Mayor Qiao Junjie met the representatives from 3A Composites at the signing ceremony, Deputy District Mayor Xu Yawei and Asia Managing Director 3A Composites Core Materials Division John Chen signed the agreement on behalf of each party.
PET structural foam is an environmentally friendly, lightweight and high strength composites material widely used in aviation, marine, road, rail, wind energy and many other fields. 3A Composites enjoys prime positioning as market leader in its segments.
