This new wheel will have taken two years of development during which passionate cycling testers and World Tour riders will have put the Essentia 40 to the test on the most demanding roads in the world, whether gravel, cobbles or imperfect

The design of this new ratchet mechanism is based on 36 teeth with a 10 degree engagement angle providing riders with optimal power distribution. Likewise, oversized bearings were selected specifically for disc brakes and all-road use.
