FCI-Marbocote reinforces technical sales team
FCI-Marbocote, a company specialized in the manufacture of release agents and anticorrosive products, as well as in the supply of structural adhesives, reinforced its technical sales team with the hiring of a new manager. With a degree in chemistry and business administration, postgraduate in marketing and with a MBA in business management, Sérgio Dias has worked in the chemical industry for over 40 years.
Born in Pedregulho (SP), but a citizen of Jundiaí for over 50 years, Dias began his career at a multinational adhesive manufacturer. “I worked on the development of hundreds of projects aimed at the application of adhesives on rubber, metal and composites substrates”. Afterwards, he worked in the sector of special paints for the protection of various surfaces against corrosion.
“My mission at FCI-Marbocote is to use this experience in the process of opening new markets for the company, a new player in Brazil and with a lot of space to develop, despite the difficulties that the country has been facing at the moment.”
At 64, married and father of three daughters, Dias divides his free time between music – rock, blues and soul are his favorite styles – and cinema. “In recent times, however, going to the movies has been replaced by series watched at home.”
