HRC and Jilin Chemical Fiber signed a cooperation agreement
HRC (China Hengrui Corporation), major provider of comprehensive solutions for composite materials, held an online meeting with Jilin Chemical Fiber, one of China’s leading producers of carbon fiber. At the meeting, Gu Yongtao, chairman of HRC, and Song Dewu, chairman of Jilin Chemical Fiber, signed a “Strategic Cooperation and Supply Framework Agreement” on behalf of the two companies.
According to the agreement, the two parties will carry out all-round cooperation from research and development to services around carbon fiber and its products in the fields of lightweight and carbon neutrality. They also will jointly promote the research and development and application of carbon fiber and composite materials.
In the future, the two parties will share platform resources, collaborate in innovation, accelerate the extension and expansion of carbon fiber in automobile manufacturing and other application fields, and jointly promote the development of China’s new materials and new energy industries.
