The mechanical industry is involved at all stages of the hydrogen value chain. For ensuring its production, distribution and use in multiple applications, all the fluidic components and sytems as pipes, tanks, compressors, pumps, regulators, of all sizes, of all materials and for all environments have to be improved and qualified for meeting new requirements.

HyMEET : key player of the hydrogen sector

To give the right answers to the sector industrialists, Cetim, the Technical Centre for Mechanical Indusries, launches HyMEET, for Hydrogen Material and Equipment Engineering and Testing Center, with a specific investment of €25M. Located in the “Pays de la Loire” region in west coast of France, this new dedicated centre become the key basis of the ambitious projects program of €70M for the next five years. This new centre will provide support for mechanical industry for reach new hydrogen market opportunities.

With HyMEET, mechanical industry will actively contribute to the energy and environmental transition and will accelerate the structuring of a new sector of excellence.

To learn more on this project, meet the Cetim at JEC World 2022, booth F06/ Hall 6.
