Iten Defense acquires Transparent Armor Solutions
Iten Defense, a provider of advanced composites and armor solutions, has completed the acquisition of Transparent Armor Solutions (TAS). The addition of TAS will expand Iten Defense’s solution offering to include transparent armor, complementing its current composite armor solutions for maritime vessels, fixed and rotary-wing aircrafts, and tactical vehicles.
TAS provides advanced transparent armor solutions primarily for ground vehicles, maritime applications, and personal protective shield viewports. The Company’s capabilities include design, development, and program management for various Department of Defense programs.
