Nippon Paint and Deyilong jointly launch all-scenario photovoltaic composite frames

Nippon Paint China and Zhejiang Deyilong Technology Co., Ltd. (Deyilong) jointly announced the launch of a series of innovative composite frame products to meet the needs of photovoltaic frames in diverse and complex application scenarios and promote the sustainable development of the photovoltaic industry.

In the wave of global energy conservation and emission reduction, the photovoltaic industry is facing unprecedented development opportunities. In 2023, the global installed capacity exceeded 390 GW. As the world’s largest photovoltaic market, China’s installed capacity reached 216 GW, after a year-on-year increase of 148%. Due to its excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance and carbon reduction advantages, composite frames are showing broad prospects in various scenarios in the photovoltaic industry.

The research and development of composite photovoltaic frames has a history of ten years. This time, Nippon Paint and Deylon have cooperated to launch an innovative composite frame product series, which not only solves technical difficulties such as high weather resistance, ultra-long outdoor service life, and low VOC, but also overcomes challenges such as salt spray , high temperature and humidity, and wind and sand resistance in windy and sandy areas for offshore photovoltaics.
