Norco is pleased to announce that Elly Ruston has joined Norco Composites & GRP as the new head of People, effective from mid-September 2024. With over 13 years of experience in learning and development, training governance and organisational development, Elly brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to her role.

Elly’s professional background includes her most recent position as chief of staff at Sitenna, where she played a key role in enhancing operational effectiveness and developing a continuous improvement culture. Prior to that, she served in the Royal Navy, leading training governance and assurance initiatives while supporting continuous improvement across training and development functions.

At Norco, Elly will work closely with the senior management team, the HR department and key stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives focused on the company’s people, culture and growth.
