According to Zhang Guoliang, chairman of Zhongfu Shengying, with the Lianyungang base as center, Zhongfu Shenying has laid out the Xining 10,000-ton base and the Shanghai Aviation Application Research and Development Base. Now, a larger-scale, higher-level, and stronger-quality high-performance carbon fiber modernization new base will be settled in Lianyungang. The total investment of the project is 5.962 billion yuan (€ 820 million). The project construction has an important role in improving the company’s overall competitiveness and expanding market share. 

The high-performance carbon fiber construction project with an annual output of 30,000 tons is a new step taken by Zhongfu Shenying in its large-scale strategic layout. The project will make full use of nuclear energy steam and photovoltaic power generation to realize low-carbon transformation during the production process of carbon fiber. The construction of the project will further enhance the large-scale application of the company’s high-performance carbon fiber products in aerospace, new energy and other fields, and actively create a green ecology of the carbon fiber industry.
